Is anyone else having trouble accessing their stats?  I haven't been able to get mine for a day and a half.  If just says working them that there's an error and to try back later.  If it's just me maybe it's something with my system and not the site.  I've been using the other reports to get info but the HP ones are simpler for just keeping track of views.

You may have a browser problem.  Try accessing the stats using a different browser.  Firefox usually works well.

No problem, it was updated 3 hrs ago.  Hope you manage to access your stats soon.

Sally, Natalie’s problem is different. She just confirmed my original interpretation of this thread. Her stats page is not loading at all. It has nothing to do with HubPages.

I am not having any problem on that. I believe it will be your browser.

Have you tried clearing your cache and browsing history and all that? Doesn't seem that would affect just one page either, but it's worth a try.

It must just be me.  The browser doesn't seem to be the problem I've tried firefox and edge as well.  I wonder if it could be that I updated my computer day before yesterday?  I don't know if the two fully coincided but that's the only other thing I can think of that I did that might have changed things.  Thanks.  I'll contact the team if it persists.

Maybe you have malware, but it’s strange if the stats page is the only page you’re having trouble loading.

That's all I've found so far.  I hope I don't have malware!  I so don't need that right now.  (As if you ever need it ( : )

I would think that if you had malware it would be affecting more than just one page. Is your stats page still not loading as of today?

I often have problems after updating my laptop.  The frustrating thing is that I feel updates are imposed on me.  There seems no choice.  Then they mess up my system.

Mine were not updated for a couple of days, but that happens from time to time. It’s OK, though... Amazon is surging for me.

I might have misunderstood Natalie's post. I thought she meant the stats page was not loading. But maybe she meant it's just delayed, as you inferred from it. I do see a delay from time to time too Rochelle, but that's always caught up eventually.

No - you're right Glenn - it's not loading.  It just says working for about a minute then gives me an error message saying to try again later.

And this is only happening on the stats page? Is that “working” message coming from your browser?

          Maybe it's a network problem.
