      Hi there, welcome to HubPages,

      There are a few issues with English grammar in your hub. Your title doesn't need 'The' at the beginning. It's really confusing for ESL writers because English is so quirky.

      For example: you have sentences at the beginning of two paragraphs:

      1. "The secondary education includes mostly matriculation..."

      2. "The second type of education is O levels and A levels..."

      The first one, doesn't need the definite article (the). It should simply be "Secondary education includes..."

      The second one does need the definite article. So it's easy to become confused.

      You could try pasting your text into the free online app Grammarly, although it won't pick up every error.

      Read the text aloud to see if that highlights any awkward phrasing. It does work.

      Get someone fluent in spoken and written English to go through the article and proofread it for you.

      There are punctuations and grammatical errors in your content. You wrote too long sentences and hubpages don't like such sentence structure. For having your article being featured in hubpages you need to write something unique. As you are talking simply of the education system of Pakistan and such information is also available on google already. So it can't excite the readers interest at hubpages forum. As you have mentioned you are a civil engineer so you should write about your own field to attract viewership on hub. Goodluck!
