    Hi, Hubbers smile

I have a short series of articles revolving around resume writing. I've "fixed" these articles four times this week and they're just NOT passing the Quality Assessment Process.

As far as I can tell, there isn't an issue with images, spelling, grammar, length, or quality.

When I first started writing here, the advise was: Instead of over-stuffing an article with information, break it down into smaller articles that focus on each topic and add links to the others in the series at the bottom of each. So, I did that.

At the end of the article, I also mention that more info is available in my [topic specific] book and offer a free downloadable pdf which is the companion to my book, but also a walk through of the entire job hunting, resume building, and interview process.

I was told via email to remove the link to my book, which I did, but this series STILL is not being accepted to be featured sad

I would sincerely appreciate feedback on this article/series? Thanks in advance

You still have a link to your Companion book. Maybe that’s it?

Maybe ... They said remove the link to my book, so I assumed just the one listed for sale on Amazon because it's self-promoting, but he companion book is a free resource, sooo ...?? Dunno. They said if I had questions to come here lol

You have links to many of your other hubs. Since they are all on HubPages, this hub will never be moved to a niche site. Hubs cannot have links from niche sites back to HubPages.com because the home site has a low ranking with Google.

In addition, hubs need to be stand-alone magazine style content, and not be dependent on additional content in a series. If you list them as resources, that may work—but only after all sections have been moved to a niche site. Otherwise, the first thing I mentioned will interfere with getting anywhere.

AH! Okay. That makes sense - Thank you!

I wrote them as a series per HP advice when I first started posting here. But, I haven't been able to keep up-to-date with all the  niche sites changes and how that works due to illness.

You've given me a solid start where to go from here and thanks for the great tip about removing the resource section until all articles are moved. I appreciate the help <3

You’re welcome Rosa. Glad to help. Things were different seven years ago when they gave you that advice to make a series. The niche sites didn’t exist yet and we still had the individual author subdomains.
