      Hi Rubena,
      Your article is too short. This will make it hard for search engines to index your articles among the first pages in search results. Hubpages recommends a minimum length of 800 words.
      This feedback is in addition to that of Rupert Taylor which I will not repeat because he has clearly explained the grammar errors.
      Work out on rewriting the article. You might want to utilize the free online grammar checkers/programs. A good example is ProWritingAid.
      You can post your rewritten article here on forum for further feedback and some help in editing our work.

    There are a lot of grammar errors in your article.

    Here's a sentence with corrections below:

    "Many a time we listen from some exceptional people that 4 hours night sleep is much enough for them for their daily work routine ..."

    Better - Often we hear from people who say that four hour's sleep is enough for them to complete their daily routines ...

    Your title "Article- good night sleep benefits" is wrong. "Article" is unnecessary and the rest should be in Title Case i.e. "Benefits of a Good Night's Sleep."

    You have unnecessarily repeated your title in all lower case with a spelling error (should be benefits).

    You should not use underlining for an entire sentence or paragraph.

    The topic is covered thousands of times elsewhere on the Internet. With its poor-quality English yours is going to have a hard time getting traffic.
