      Hi John,

It's much improved. The problem is that it's competing with so many others on the same topic. Here's one already on the network site WanderWisdom:

      https://wanderwisdom.com/travel-destina … o-do-Paris

Have a look at how other writers tackle travel articles. They tend to go 'niche' rather than 'broad'.

      https://wanderwisdom.com/travel-destinations/europe/

Oh, and delete those exclamation points. They look unprofessional.

This article has a lot to commend it, with great photos and interesting information.
I think there are a few minor changes you could make that might help with QAP.
You could shorten the headings on some of your text capsules to make them more punchy.
You could use a free version of Grammarly to help iron out some glitches. The last sentence in the first text capsule does not read well, nor does the last paragraph about Canal St Martin.
You could shorten the capsules on your photos to one sentence at most.
You have 3 full size photos one after the other. I suggest you use thumbnail or reposition one to go after the index to break up the text capsules a little.
Your photos are great, but you could consider cutting some of the more repetitive ones, especially in the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe photo capsules.
There's a lot of white space in some of your text capsules like the one on Pere Lachaise. Consider condensing into fewer paragraphs.
Put a heading on your final paragraph and round it off with a good photo.
I hope this helps. Don't be disheartened. We've probably all been through this process in the early days of writing on Hub Pages. It takes a little perseverance. But you will get there in the end.

The only reason I see this failing the AP is that the subtitles need to be written in APA style, similar to your title. Also, check Google analytics (sign up for an account if you do not have one yet) and check your pages loading time. You have way too many images on there. (I think the thumbnails do not slow things down as much as the large images, but hopefully someone else will comment on that.)
However, as theraggededge points out, this subject is written about often and your article is good but does not point out anything new. There are already thousands of articles on this subject, and there is no reason to think that yours will rise to the top and replace the other articles on Google search.
If you do not make it to the first page, people are not going to find and read your article. You live in Paris so I would think that you could write an article on unusual things to do, bizzare things to do, original things to do, etc. (Think specific, for example "Best Prints to Buy at the Louvre Gift Shop".)
Look on this as an exercise. I wrote many, many articles when I started here and just deleted them until I found out what would attract decent traffic.

Your bio needs fixing: John is an Educator and Traveler who has interest to write about nature, travel and food. I enjoy reading, taking photographs and walking.
There are grammar errors, which you need to correct. Also, go to Wandering Wisdom and view some of the bios for ideas. Good luck!
