      Imtiaz1, I agree with Alicia.                                            In addition, all your sub-headings should be in the APA style of article or magazine writing.                            Also, you must remove all the semi-colon(smile after each subheads. That word 'recommendation' should be cut off. Thanks.

    Hi, Imtiaz. There are multiple problems in your article that you need to fix. The article contains many English errors and the addition of illogical phrases. Some sections sound like spun content. People don't say that vitamins are vital for the soma instead of the body or advise others to increase their intake of foods containing atomic number 30 instead of zinc.

    Your references should provide web addresses or links so that people can check them. Mentioning the name of a specific hair doctor and their location as a reference sounds like spam.

    The photos should have sources so that people can see that they are used legally. In addition, the title should reflect the fact that the article contains nutritional information as well as a description of six daily habits. You should provide authoritative references for the nutritional information in your article. General references such as the ones that you've given aren't good enough.
