History will eventually determine if she was guilty or innocent of spying. https://discover.hubpages.com/education … asnt-a-Spy

Thanks for sharing the link to Ravi's Hub.  His Mata Hari article was fascinating.  His information strengthens the growing case that she was set up and used as a scapegoat for France's poor performance in the war.

I've read a story or two about Mata Hari. But here in Ravi write, I learn something that got my eyes pop big.                                                    Does her German lover had an issue with her? It seems to me so. Otherwise, why should he purposely used a code he knew would bdtrayed and lead to her death?                                                 Ravi, thanks for sharing. @Peggy, thanks for bringing the story to the limelight. I bypass it on my feeds.

A very intriguing and interesting story Ravi. I had heard of Mata Hari, but did not know all the details. It is sad if she was innocent, and prosecuted unnecessarily. Thanks Peggy for sharing this interesting article.

I have heard of Mata Hari and knew her to be one of the greatest spies in Europe. But your interesting article sheds light on whether she was actually a spy or simply an innocent dancer. Thanks Ravi for sharing.

Thanks Peggy for sharing Ravi's wonderful article.
