Do I have to delete an article, revise it and then resubmit it? Can I print my own article, then revise it?
Don’t delete it. Revise it and then resubmit it to a niche. Deleting it could cause weird duplication errors.
You could print it and then revise it online after the fact.
Don't delete it. You can edit and republish it, to keep the original date of the article. Just go through an editorial process with it that will be fine-toning the work that get the read feature, or move to a niche site.

I just go to author's view on my statistics page and then hit edit.
Then I revise it and hit done.
You can print it out & have your revisions ready to edit if you want too.
What I've started doing, if I'm going to do a major rewrite of an article, is unpublish it first. That way it doesn't get resubmitted over and over again as I make revisions. I wait until I'm happy with it and then republish.
The problems with doing this are: 1. you lose the original publication date which can serve to give your article authority as far as the search engines are concerned. And 2. if your article has been stolen, your new version may be considered duplicate content.
I would only unpublish if I'd decided to delete the article altogether.
It's better to make your revisions in a separate text document and then update the article when you have finished.

Two of my hubs needs revisions before republication because of duplicate content. But what if those hubs are just similar to the articles I myself have previously published in the net before? So basically I'm not copying anybody else's work, because both are mine. Is that allowed here? If not, how...

For those who've moved articles to Medium, please refresh my memory. All I have to do is copy the link and put it in the Medium 'Import' box? Then edit as needed in the Medium app?ThanksEdit: After I import the article to Medium, should I delete it from Hubpages?

I have a hub that I wrote that is just, well...silly...kinda humorous but not helpful to anyone in anyway and sure not attracting any attention. But, today it gave me an idea that I think has some real value to it and I would like to use the same theme but dive into the deep end of it. ...

What do you do about idle hubs?If you have idle hubs and you revise them and they are returned to idle again, would revise again or delete or post elsewhere? I find that if an idle hub was revised and later it is returned to idle again, perhaps it should be deleted. I would first try to...
