Nowhere. They aren't needed
Change your bio to English. It is specified in the Terms of Service that all articles and supporting text must be in English.
I saw your first article, which is not an article. I suggest learning English and grammar, then practicing and practicing until you can write in English.
If you don't know how to write your bio this may be the wrong platform for you.
Check out the Learning Center by following the link at "Help" top right.
As Rupert says, you should start by clicking on the help link and studying everything at the Learning Center.
The only thing it needs is more hashtags!
As others have said, you should investigate the “Help” section on this site carefully to see what’s required in writing an article. This is especially important because you seem to want to write about finances, which is a tricky subject.
You have to be very careful that you don’t advise people what to do with their money. Informative articles describing the background as well as the benefits and drawbacks of a particular financial system might be accepted.
You should also take the time to improve your English, which may help your articles to be accepted.
From Search Engine Roundtable:
'Google's John Mueller said on Twitter, "when it comes to web pages in Google Search, hashtags are just words, they have no special meaning or effect." So if you are big into hashtagging everything, Google will consume it as just content on the page.'
I agree with PaulGoodHead and the others. Visit the Learning Center, and digest the ropes. Thanks.
I'm sure Paul is really pleased that you have changed his name
Bev, I hardly rdalize it. I hope PaulGoodMan took no offence Well, he's a leading figure here...at timds revealed himself as a nice joker.
I nearly choked up the piece of rope I was chewing on when I saw your comment!
But seriously, don't worry about it! "Good Head" is one of the least worst things I've been called!

The forum is full of requests for help with articles but I have never seen such a collection of absolute rubbish. Mostly from people who have been here a matter of hours.Does it not occur to anyone to do a bit of research before publishing? Find out what works and what doesn't?Please spend some...

This is getting silly. How about this: Instead of telling people who failed QAP to click here and get help in the forum, direct them to a page that explains what HubPages is, what is required to write here, and common reasons articles get rejected. Make it in-depth and informative. Link to the...

It looks like a fourth of my feed lately is comprised of new people wanting the rest of us to tell them how to write. All day I get request after request for help on passing the Quality Assessment. I mean Really? Many of your requests are just one step above being a jumble of mis-spelled words...

Two blogs written, spent a couple hours on them only to get some nonsense message about their quality check. I compared my best album covers blog to someone else's and if mine can't be published this other person should have his unpublished tooIts not like I get paid anything for my time.Very...

It might help improve the quality of our content if access to the Learning Center was more obvious. It used to be available from a drop down menu. Now, you have to go to Help and look for it.Incidentally, I ran across a minor typo in the Learning Center under "How To Create Successful Online...

My goal is to write about college level psychology concepts that someone with no awareness of psychology can learn from. Does this paper achieve that? And what else could I improve on (like, just something that jumps out to you)? Thank you for your time. ...
