I have created an article that help anyone who wants to find people in Norway.
I obviously included links, which is helpful for people searching.

I cannot understand why this did not pass? Any ideas?

For starters, this is an American platform. You might get more detailed feedback if you include the link to the article rather than a screenshot so it can actually be read.

        Hi there,

        Here's a link https://hubpages.com/hub/find-people-norway?hubview

Quite a few people from other countries ask for this kind of information, so I thought that I would share my knowledge about it.

We cannot access your article from that link. You have to use the instructions in the rejection email to generate a special link.

From what I can see from your screengrab, though, I bet you were rejected because you have so many links in your hub.

In general, Hubpages dislikes an abundance of outbound links, no matter how relevant you feel they are. We are to provide information, not provide links to information.

And if any of those links are self-promotional, that's an immediately no no. Big no no.

Your formatting is not according to the stipulated style too.

Ok. It is not self promotion, but informational. Without links it would be useless. But I'll just forget about it. I don't have time to rewrite it and see.

Not to argue with you, Thomas, but informational to Hubpages means you write about it, not provide links.

I wish you success in whatever you're aiming for.

Not to argue with you wink but writing an how-to about finding people in Norway is hard to do without links to the sources where you can find people.

People are looking for childhood friends, girlfriends from 1960 etc. This page explained how to find these people. And without the links it would be useless.

Each part of the document contains a description about the source (not a one-liner) and a few links to these sources.

But it's not the end of the world for me. Just thought it would enrich Hubpages smile

My suggestion would be to break each subtopic into individual articles with word counts greater than 500. In addition, add some snips from the websites and include steps on how to navigate them.

You will eventually be able to interlink the articles if they become successful.

The first round of QAP for new articles is very intolerant of links of any kind. Try disabling (not removing) all of them and see if it passes. You can usually add them in once it does.
