    How can I receive the payment in the future as Paypal service is unavailable in my country? Please suggest to me any alternate solution to this problem.

      There is no alternative. HubPages only pays via PayPal.

      You can unpublish your article and place it somewhere else. Have you tried Medium? They use Stripe as a payment vehicle.
