   I Got The Message that all my hubs needs revision. But i dont know why.Can anyone help me?

      Are they coppied content? If they're posted on other sites, it will show CC. Or are they adult content ? Porn?

      I am so sorry Moondive.
      I think it was because the English was poor but as you said its your second language.
      Isn't there anyone near you who can help you revise them? They were good informative hubs and no, they weren't copied.

      They unpublished one of mine but didn't give a specific reason. I just give up with them. They make no sense, their guidelines are totally subjective and without reason.

         Did you have more than two links to the same website?
         
         Did you use swear words?
         
         Were there any sex-related words, or any nude pictures?

                  Listen to haunty! This is a great place to improve your skills. You might even note at the top of your hubs that you are trying to improve your English and will be editing as you go, as you learn.

            I thought of something along the lines of correcting your mistakes. Someone shouldn't stop writing just because their English is not perfect. I've seen people going from terrible to good English here on hubpages.

   It might help if you go to one of the major pen pal networks and converse with people regularly in English, it's how I spruced up my German last time I went traveling!

   I'm sorry to hear about what's happened with your hubs. How many were there? I have a lot of experience with helping people for whom English is a second language with their writing. I do a lot of "translating" for some of my clients already.
   
   If you would like some help on this front, I would be glad to assist you with some of them Drop me an email if you'd like.

         Not much to be impressed about, really - Apart from speaking conversational Greek, I can read French reasonably well and can read a little Italian and Spanish . As for speaking...no chance-I have no talent for languages

            You forgot English. So you speak two languages and read at least Five (I've included English and Greek to this). No that's nothing to be impressed about.

   I'm alright w/ writing in English, but writing online is like a whole other language to me... everyone here has been so kind to help w/ my questions... I'd love to "pay it forward" so to speak.

   Im sorry about that, but i just heard of someone who deleted all their hubs by accident, and she had over 100 and over 200 followers! So at least that didnt happen to you

      *raises an eyebrow* How on EARTH does one "accidentally" delete all their Hubs? I thought you had to go and unpublish them one by one?

         If you are deleting them yourself, you do have to go one-by-one, so either this person had a prolonged fugue state involving delete buttons, or they wrote admin and asked to have the account shut down and then had an attack of remorse.
         
         Either way, I find it unlikely that anything so profound as the deletion or removeal of 100 hubs to be an accident.

         It's just now that I've noticed on the second page that several have asked the same question that came to my mind.
         
         Sometimes people unpublish their hubs and threaten to leave. Occasionally they get embarrassed at their own flouncey behaviour so I guess saying that they accidentally deleted them is the next step in a long list of lies.

       The English wasn't that bad that we couldn't make it out...I think you had a lot of hubs didn't you? Something like 30?

    Several years ago in an English Comp class I had to read & respond to a classmates essays where English was her second language.  Her first was Korean!  It wasn't easy, but when you speak English as a first language you learn to understand what is being said through a foreign language.

    Moondive if you're wondering how to send the hubs, just copy/paste the text box contents into an email and send one to each of us.
    Open up our profiles, and just under our photos is a contact button. Hit that and it opens an email form and copy/paste the stuff in there.
    We'll correct them and send them straight back via email. Then all you have to do is copy/paste the corrected work back into capsules.

    What I wonder is, if you accidentally hit the delete button, does it delete immediately, or does it first ask you "Are you sure you want to delete this hub?"

          Hi all! I jump in here because I received comments to my hubs and comments, that my English would be poor. I know it is not perfect, but I can say  what I want to express and I believe it is understandable. English is my  third language. I think that people complain about my poor English, because they don't want to understand what I am writing, because I don't write what people want to hear. Can you please read some of my hubs and comments and tell me frankly what you think. There are very few comments to my hubs, so maybe you can write there... That would be of great help. Thank you!
