We're going to my daughter's tomorrow for Easter. Johnny's smoking his famous ham, and we're all making side dishes. After lunch, the grandkids will hunt eggs. My whole fam will be there - all 3 daughters, all three sons-in-law, and all 7 grands!

Sounds great. I am going for a bicycle ride and see if I can't shift some of the winter/quitting smoking blubber. big_smile

Then I will eat chocolate and hot cross buns. sad

Mark, have you tried the electronic cigs? I have one. I substitute it for every other real cig, so it's definitely helping me cut down.

The people not doing anything should go watch it then come back and post a forum about it and it's subliminal messages.

WATCH THIS if you're thinking about seeing Alice In Wonderland and you like the song White Rabbit. It's hypnotizing!

Thanks - it has been a bastard - but I bought a mountain bike and am getting my ass off the couch and into the saddle. Crashed pretty hard last week though. My wife is still pissed I bled all over the best sheets. This is me now, but I am working on it.

I like that whole area...though I'm partial to my neck of the woods. That is all kind'a different landscape from Houston though...like the hills and the rivers running through towns...a beautiful area...for sure.

    For Easter:

I'm taking my grandson to my husband's church on Easter. It is a small country United Pentacostal church where they will be having a huge 'pot luck' afterwards.  I thought it would be nice for us to go as a family, since we normally attend different churches. I will enjoy the fellowship with the down-home counry folks. Then I plan to take my grandson to see my father, since he will be alone and it's only the 2nd Easter since my Mom passed away.

I'm sure the kids will be hunting eggs at the church, too. So it will be a great memory.
