Yay! I have received my first Adsense payment!

   £62.30 deposited directly into my bank account! It's taken a while to get there, 10 months to be exact - and mostly from my Blog, not much from Hubpages yet (but I have only written 13 hubs so far, so that's not unexpected). However, it's still a very nice little sum of money as a 'by-product' from writing my blog and very gratefully received. Thanks Google

         Congratulations!! I am a newbie. I am confused by adsense. I have ads all over my site yet, they say my application has not been approved yet and I have a publisher number. Do you have any insight?

       You will soon start seeing figures in your account. Do you have your personal blogs? I think you stand to make more money from your personal blogs. Or at least that is my experience.
       I have been here on hubpages for about 4 months but have made about 6 EUROs from adsense and  nothing from Amazon.

          And I agree with you - I have earned most of the money through adsense on my blog - very little on Hubpages - but it doesn't but me off. I was chuffed to receive a payment, as proof to me that it is actually possible to earn money with adsense!

          @Congratulations poster! Google Adsense is an interesting journey I must say! When I got started here on HubPages. I had some issues with my adsense account for technical reasons or whatsoever that kept my account disabled for over 18 months; after several apeal and explanations, I got advised by members including the adsense team at the Google adsense official forum and blog on what I did that reinstated me on a new platform three months ago.
          
          Today, 4th of May 2010, I received my first adsense check of $101at my office by DHL here in Lagos, Nigeria. All were earned through my hubs only.  I'm so inspired to get fully involved at publishing more hubs and knowing more resourceful information about google adsense revenue optimization. There's joy seeing this reality among others here on HubPages.

                Thank you, my received check yesterday inspired three of my friends to join HubPages who witnessed the DHL man delivering the mail. And I shared among them how HubPages and Google Adsense made it possible working with them. I'm glad about the progress here. More courage and strength to even hub more passionately.
