ok, so I have got some fan mail that really made my chest puff out with pride and I do appreciate all of them that i have received.
But, this is awesome...
The Beacon is now my new favorite person
Whats your favorite (or off-beat) fan mail?
"PearlDiver is a true master of the craft, humor and knowledge abound on these pages
-another satisfied reader"
I was pretty chuffed about this fan mail..... from a guy called Sunforged
Most random, but awesome because it's from ralwus:
I have wasted enough time today on here, but am glad to have you as a friend, you are aren't you? I have many things to get done, but I shall return. peace and happy trails in the western sunset
I have about 5 that qualify, but since you asked for one.
Whoosh! Was just reading through your hubs when your fan mail came through. Upon my soul, you write well, have very passionate ideas and aren't afraid to step up to the plate. This is going to be a great afternoon of reading!
I am not feeling well today so I need a boost today, here goes,
William R. Wilson
I think you must be the absolute most giving person I have seen on hubpages! I'm amazed I wasn't following you before now.
What can I say? I LIKE you! Your profile is charming and I perceive much depth underneath your pretty smiling eyes. Look forward to following your hubs.
Lovely to meet you - your warmth and kind heart shine through in your work
You write well and are so positive and upbeat, I am happy to be a follower!
Ooops! I always miss the good ones!
She's kind, she's smart, she's beautiful, she's talented...what's not to love!
you break down walls with every written word.......... keep on writing.
I enjoy all of my fan mail but this one really made me smile and giggle from lxxy.
Despite a fascination with the french, anyone who believes in values and loves Hans Zimmer is great in my tomb of travels!
A few of my favorites that have made me smile:
"A kindred uppity woman. Sweet!!!"
"Anybody who loves bees is fine by me!"
"I sense a playful ebilness underneath your informative exterior! Also, drool."
"Everyone should understand that dirt is not the same as soil."
I've received several that really made my day, and they are from fabulous hubbers. I so much appreciate them.
One of my favorites was from hubber, who is French and struggled a bit in trying to perfect a hub in English. I read the hub and commented and she emailed me which started a wonderful string of correspondence. I got to know a bit about her musician son, that they live in England, and more. She took on hubpages, in part to perfect her skills in English. She is delightful. She is Keira7.
There is such an amazing diversity here. It's a wonderful place in many ways.

This is something I have only seen in the last few weeks, but newbies are starting to post the link to their first hub when leaving fan mail. Much as I appreciate the fan mail, I have started to deny them.Personally, I...

Naturally, receiving any fan mail is great. I tend to take things literally though so before posting, the question to tell the world what I think of that author stares me in the face and I write a mini recommendation.On...
