I should have looked at the title of the new link tool before starting this topic, but I'm talking about the new tool that was just added in last week where we click on it and it lets us add all kinds of links that are already in blue. We can pick and choose which ones we want to add.
I just want to make sure everyone is aware that as soon as you open that tool, many words in your article 'glomp' together instead of leaving the proper space between each word. So be sure to go in and correct the whole article once you've chosen which words you're going to use as links.
I've never had a problem with the "Suggest a link" tool. Maybe it's a random glitch?
I thought that I had fixed this problem. Please try holding down the shift key while refreshing the page to see if that fixes the problem. If it does not, then please tell me what browser you are using and the title of the Hub.
I've seen it even tonight in other people's hubs that I've read. There are 20 to 30 words glued together. I can't be the only one that's noticed.
Thank you for the suggestion. I've asked below what a browser setting is -- but I'll wait to see if it's just a Hubpage glitch instead.
I already started a thread a few days back regarding the "suggest a link" tool. I have most links shifted 2 characters to the right instead of where they are meant to be...
I have'nt seen the new links tool, I don't like change or it takes a while for me to pick up on!
I had that problem last week. HubPages has mentioned several times that they are aware of the problem and are looking into it.
Oh, that's good to know. Thanks. But in case it's browser settings as earnestshub suggested, what is a browser setting?
Today I checked into a hub and tried to do the links. There was no more problem with words being doubled up by the system. Hubpages has fixed it and now it's so easy to use this tool. Hooray Hubpages.

It appears the suggest links tool is not working as intended. When I launch it, it appears to work, but click on an existing link, such as to remove it, results in the dreaded "Working" dialogue and just a hang. Refreshing and trying again does the same thing, and on all Hubs.Using...

Contextual links won't save after I edit them. Browser issue? Using Chrome.I highlight the text, go into the text edit box, and click on the link symbol. I then paste in my Amazon link (click affiliate box), click save, and then I close the edit box. As the edit box closes, I can see that the...

I have added suggested links to most of my hubs. But, after a conversation in HP, I have decided it is to my best interest to disable ALL suggested links. But HOW?????I went to the hubs with the links, but I see No way to disable this feature. When I try to...I end up going to the hubs linked. How...

We've realized for a while that with our existing tools it can be very time consuming to manage links across a large portfolio of hubs. Many Hubbers have tried to handle the interconnecting of related hubs using Link and RSS capsules. That works to an extent, but we feel that...

Why are links automatically being added to my hubs?I've only noticed this on the last few hubs. I go in and manually unlink them, but will they come back? And why are they showing up in the first place? How can we keep them from showing up at all?

How do you add those links that you have added when writing hubs?I would like your help on adding links when writing hubs, like the ones where you have added with your other hubs.
