   First I like to thank the creators of HubPages for providing such a unique and wonderful platform for writers and readers who use this site.
   
   Secondly, I would like to give a big thanks to all of you whom have read across some or all of my Hubs, left interesting, funny and insightful commentary on my first 20 hubs and to those who have become fans.
   
   I write this as I have been here 7 weeks and have reached that first milestone - 1000 Views across all hubs.
   
   I write and I write alot across the web, and no other platform I have used in 2 years has provided such a huge and speedy amount of viewers to my ......stuff about stuff in such a short period of time. I will say that again, not ONE other platform.
   
   Thankyou Hubpages, and thankyou readers, we would not be here if it were not for you wonderful folk.
   
   Here's to more hubs and onwards to 10,000 views next...

      Good job! The first 1000 is a bit tough and then you'll be turning around like me one day and going "Oh gee how'd I get 35,000 without noticing?"

         I, too, just passed the 1000 mark about 2 weeks ago.  It's a good feeling, isn't it?  We're in just about the same time frame - I've been here a little longer, but didn't write anything for about a month. 
         
         Keep it up - the next 1000 will come quick.  Like you, it took me about 7 weeks for the first 1000, but less than 2 weeks later I'm over 1500, and that over a holiday weekend.  It's fun and encouraging to see the rapid increase in views, and I'm even getting a few clicks now, too.

   1,000 views on Associated Content after 8 months and 20 articles was tough
   
   But, since I have been on Hubpages, I haven't been a green writer. I was when I started at AC, was my first port of call two years back, when I began with my online writing shenanigans.
   
   No I am more 'seasoned' and understand a lot more, but also have so much to learn.....
   
   Yup, will be around for the 35,000 mark too.

   Congrats! I've been at it a year, but I was green when I started and still am. I enjoy this and that's the biggest reason I keep coming back.

      It is a great ride Wayne. When I started I had not one friggin idea what I was doing. But after 12 months of writing and reading 10 times the amount of information that others have written (not just here but elsewhere) I know have a bit of an 'idea'.
      
      I do write so much more now, as I am a huge article writer. But I still enjoy it, and love doing what I do. You just have to keep at it and at it and it, and when you want to stop, do some more
