Check out shadesbreath's hub on this topic. The man is a genius. he should be allowed to run the Alternative extreme makeover.
At least you could have provided the link to Shadesbreath's hub.
You would have been helping yourself and Shades.
Here is for you: http://hubpages.com/hub/The-Top-Five-Wa … f-Anti-SEO
Cags, I deliberately avoided being helpful because my challenge is to concentrate on the social side of hubbing. I am determined to become a master of losing friends and alienating people. My challenge is to lose all my 38 followers in 30 days.
Well, there is an easier way to do that.
Just email every one of your followers can ask them to stop following you.
Far too easy a solution. To be a true master of ineptitude it has to be done in a much more contrived and roundabout fashion. I didn't get where I am today by being logical.
Well, that's obvious. Just from your words and your actions, speaks volumes about your plight and course.
Your plan is backfiring. You're gaining followers. Had to be done, I take my laughs where I can get them :p
You are not being true to yourself by following me. I just read your hub where you claim to be a master procrastinator. You have revealed yourself to be a devious, backstabbing charlaton. No self respecting procastinator would make such a hasty decision. I will follow to check out how else you are trying to deceive the good people of hubpages. Then I will wreak all manner of revenge to inflict maximum public humiliation on you. You have been warned.
What the hell? Why would you want to isolate yerself - friends are important
I decided to fan you because of this... but discovered I am already a follower. Yes, Shades presented his ideas very well... I am worried that people will NOT follow his advice and will start making a lot of money, and ignore all of us.
Since reading it I have had my best earning week ever! (only 8 bucks... but still...)
i seem to have found every way not to make money on hubpages, but i will read shadesbreath's article to see if i can earn even less than nothing
Just read the hub, it was great. Had me laughing the coffee out my nose.
Yes--that was a hilarious hub--stumbled across it myself in my meanderings a week or so ago. LOL
The tags are even more hilarious than the hub! "Shadesbreath shouldn't drink and hub" "have you seen my baseball" "fast track to the trailer park". TOO FUNNY!
That was a very funny hub.. great way to start my journey here
yep - long as you like ,, do the opposite - don't let it confuse ya
Starme, I can't compete with shades on the commercial side because some misguided fool clicked and got me 1 cent. This is why I need to prove myself as the most useless social hubber. That is why I must prove myself as the best at losing friends and alienating people.
That - was Freaking Awesome - Thumbs Up For Shades on that one - now we have a place to send all the new guys questions to - thanks shades for giving us direction
There is a more simple way of not making any money on Hubpages: do not publish anything!
Thanks for posting this Seanorjohn, that was a nice. THanks to Cags for the link too. Nice to get a little blast of traffic on it before it fades away do to lack of SEO.

You can't. Just had to put that out there as I'm seeing newbies all over the forums going on about these topics lately.Serious money comes from getting views from Google NOT from having other hubbers visit your work. Some of the top hubbers on the site have separate accounts NO ONE knows about to...

What with all the "how much money can you make here?" questions. I have decided to share some of my own experiences. Clearly there are higher paying pages than others, but as far as adsense goes, these are my three highest earning hubs this month:http://hubpages.com/hub/Foreclosure-Lis...

I am new to the site, and I was wondering how people make money off of their hub pages? I really like this site, and regardless if you can make money or not, I will still use it. I am just wondering.

Hi everyone, I just browsed through some topics on forum because I needed help. I joined Hubpages 11 months ago, and I have about 40 Hubs, my overall ratings are $5 on Adsense and about $15 on Ad program til now. Now I wanted to ask you when did you received your first payout from one of these,...

Fine, the forum has lots of people that claims they make thousands of dollars every month. I doubt 98% of them. From my experience, I may want to believe Ryankett because I've seen most of his backlinking works on various sites. If you make that much every month, voice it out and help breath...
