Everytime I turn my computer on, I travel to yet another place on this earth.. for FREE.. Each home I visit, each person i meet takes the time to acknowledge a few words here and there. It doesn't cost them anything to come and have a coffee with me, nor me with them.. Sharing a few yarns, sorrows and laughs. Some need comfort, others like to debate, others need guidance, but for what ever reason.. The world is full of computeres and everyone at some stage of their day, will start the computer, open a page, a thread or a Hub and all the while they've dropped into someone else's home without intruding.. and have a cuppa at exactly the same time as another..
So.. Pull up a chair an stay a while... have a coffee and a chat and meet as many people as you can just from that comfy chair..
let's face it.. strangers are only friends we have never met..
That's very warm and deep and as a practicing imbecile I need time to understand such kind and considerate thoughts!!
Never met a bad Kiwi and I've bumped into a few on my travels. Stayed in Auckland a couple of years ago and travelled around for a few days. Love NZ love the slowness and the relaxed feel and so many great independent cafe's!!
yeah it's pretty kewl over here. i'm good at making people 'think' seems to be one of my traits, but i'm not complaining about it.. it can be a lot of fun especially when people realise how significant it really is about how many people they meet yet don't take notice of what country or town or walk of like they're from..
this is true, an hi from NZ.. we are all here for a reason, a season or a lifetime.. it's up to each of us what we want out of it. . and me, well, i just lvoe meeting new people and hopefully get them to smile especially if they've had a bad day
