As my time on HubPages grows, my motivation, excitement, and creativity have been lost some how. I have just earned my first ten dollars and I feel some what motivated to create lots more but when I visit the site, it does not feel right. Has anyone else almost quit on HubPages, but later after a needed break, come back stronger than ever?
Maybe you are just feeling down because the World Cup is over.
There's not really any need to "quit" HubPages. If you don't feel like writing leave your Hubs up, keep your account, and take it from there. Whatever you have written may earn as time goes on.

I used to be totally addicted to HP, couldn't wait to log on everyday to see what was happening, who and what was popping in the forums, what interesting hub made HOTD, and of course, how my stats and earnings were...

I've been on HubPages now for about 10 months and it took that long to generate 100.00, but since I hit my 100th hub or so my monthly revenue has gone up about 30.00 a month and I'm starting to see some decent change...

As you all have probably realized by now, I have a lot of new ideas that pop into my head ALL the time. Well, my latest idea is a little bit wacky, but I think that it will be great for the HubPages community....
