Besides being published with my own book Herbs of the Northern Shaman (O-Books) I have just been included in a seventh title by other authors who have written about me in their own books. I now have two pages in Leonard Cohen: A Remarkable Life, by Anthony Reynolds and published by Omnibus Press in hardback. I have been a fan of Cohen's since my late teens but never dreamed I would end up in a book about him!
Congratulations! Leonard Cohen is a great songwriter. This is a big honor!
Wow, that is great. Love Cohen, I'll have to get a copy of that book now
Wow, that is major! And there is the release of your album, remastered! Fantastic man!
Thank you for your comments, Aya and Uninvited Writer. It is a really great book too and I am not just saying that because I am in it!
Wow sounds like you are on a roll, Bard! Congrats, on your accomplishments.
WOW! That's amazing news. I'm a big fan of Leonard Cohen - he's such a soulful singer songwriter.
Now I want to know how and why you came to be included in such a book. But only if you wish to share.
Thanks for your complimentary comments, Shadesbreath, Randy and Money Glitch!
Travelespresso, I am a friend of the author Anthony Reynolds and he knew I had seen Cohen live at the Isle of Wight all those years back. He interviewed me about seeing Cohen at the IOW and my memories and thoughts are published in his book.
Bard you are becoming really famous - can I have your autograph? Great to see it all coming together for you.
Thanks for your posts, CMHypno and SomewayOuttaHere!
CM, I wish I had the sort of money someone "really famous" gets! lol
Anthony Reynold's back in Cardiff now isn't he? I think we should arrange (another) Meltdown reunion someday.
I love Leonard Cohen, and its especially cool because he's a fellow canadian! congrats Bard, you're on a roll! is it impolite to ask in what context you are in his book?
Leonard Cohen is a genius
Through association with him, if follows that you must be as well
Dave, I was there for a week recently.
Thank you, Shazwellyn!
Megs78, I had already answered that but here is my reply again:
