If fear a trick of the mind?
Because... If it is, then how hard can it be to overcome that trick? Once the trick of broken are you nolonger afraid of anthing? It's a question I've been meaning to ask for a long time.
Fears do trick our mind. They make us weak and remind us we're not perfect. Personally, I believe we grow out of some fears and/or train ourself not to get worked up so. Sometimes, when we no longer fear something we eventually begin fearing something else. What we fear as a child we may no longer fear as an adult, but other fears take the place of childhood fears; fears that did not exist when we were children.

Fear is an emotion which can make or break us. If we don't control our fear then it can paralyse our minds and stop us from achieving the goal of living successful lives, ones which when we're old we can look back and have no regrets. Failing to control our fears will when we're old, make us look back and berate ourselves, have regret and rue missed opportunities because fear stopped us from achieving what we wanted out of life. Master our fear and don't be mastered by it! Fear has its use, and it must serve to protect us, but not overwhelm us! It takes courage and belief to control our natural fears.

Fear is only a survival mechanism and a natural emotion. But never let your fear dictate your future. Overcome it as soon as possible, face it, defeat it, tell it you are stronger, and never, ever listen to your anxieties. To rise above the sea, one must dive in. Be brave... Be you! You are not...
