Going to stay home, eat some good food and do a little work. I should go out to the Disney area and take pics of the fireworks, but traffic will be maddening! yikes

I've only ever been to a couple of NYE parties in my life, but I'm suddenly wishing I had one to go to this time.  *sigh*  You'll probably find me online here at HP instead.  Maybe I could finish a couple of the 30+ hubs I have in the works.

Between the flu and Christmas, I've taken waaaay too much time off from work the past two weeks. I'll be sitting here banging away at my keyboard. Sigh...

A quiet night, good food, a glass or two of wine and we will watch the Matrix trilogy.

I'm driving over to the Lakes Region of the state to pick up my 15 year old son and two of my granddaughters, then we are going to...

    Go see "Tangled"
    Spend some money at Gamestop
    Ice-skate on my pond
Build a bonfire in the yard
    Have a barbecue
    Make some smores,
And, finally, order a movie on Pay Per View!

    Sooooo excited!!

I love to spend New Years Eve quietly, and usually alone.  I reflect on the year gone and make plans for the coming year; meditate, relax...

New Years Day-enjoy a nice meal with my family, usually some seafood or surf and turf.

Tonight I thought we were grilling and playing dominoes BUT my kids went snowboarding for the first time in the mountains and are both in bed!  So we had chick-fillet !! I'm hanging out in the forums and getting better from the flu/sinus infection!

    Happy New Year to all!
