Hi Procw
No secrets are there to reveal. What i try to give my visitors is what they want. Love Visitors and they will never leave you.
My experience is that Pictures get more viewers than Text articles, because this is a very fast world and no one has time to read long Essays.
Thanks
I think one of the main reasons, is that you are such a lovely lady......
Congrats and best wishes
If I get to live 500 years I will be able to catch up with you
Congratulations on the million milestone. I am a long way off of this
As a matter of interest, if you don't mind me asking - how much money have you made from that many views?
Just a ball park would be fine and I will happily reciprocate if you do. I am just interested to know what sort of earnings are possible from the sort of hubs you write.
Thanks
Hi Mark Knowles
First of All Thanks for your presence Here.
Earnings differs between Article hubs and Picture Hubs - the revenue per click for Photo Hubs is very low compared to Articles.
My Main Traffic Sources are Google,Yahoo and Hub Pages giving me about 10.40 Lakh visitors .
(I dont believe in Social Bookmarks like Digg and Mixx)
I used them at the beginning,Not Now.
My Total Earnings in 6 months was nearly 570 $ which was VERY LOW compared to the views.
Creating Photo Hubs is not that easy, some of my hubs contain more than 50 photos and some to the extent of 100 and all these are taken or send to me from different places. I gave more importance in Photos that did not have Copyrights that are very rare to find and such hubs gave me more traffic.
It requires lot of time to upload them. All these photos are found by using a lot of time and categorising them so that people get everything they need from a particular hub, that the visitors would have got only if they have searched for ages. That is why i get repeat visitors and views.
The Hubs I most enjoyed creating other than celebrities were
Nargis Cyclone
Naughty Nature
Drinking Harmful
Thanks
I only got around 10.000 pageviews in 17 months.
Shall I celebrate?
I would like to hear also what Mark has asked you. Can't wait..
Great tip on images. Now, if only someone would read my first hub... :p
I feel potential here. back to digging around I go.
Thanks - I was just interested to know what sort of earnings they produced. I know how hard photographic posts can be - I do a lot of them - not like yours, and I have to be extremely careful not to steal any copyrighted images, and give links back to all my sources - but some of them take forever.
I think a few other people will be interested to know what you just shared also - so thanks.
As far as mine go. I have made around $3,500 from mine in 12 months, but I only have around 285,000 page views and my earnings were low at first and I am making much more now than when I began.
Thanks again for sharing.
Yes Mark
Everyone has a different Story and Experience.
I know you get Huge Earnings , because they are well written and you spend a lot of time designing great hubs Believing in "Quality and Not Quantity"
Best Of Luck and Keep Smiling
I like creating photo hubs, because of the large number of requests i get every day in the form of comments and mails. I just can't let them down,so i have to do it regularly. Just Addicted to Fans.
Thanks
Are you sure it's only $3,500, Mark? I wonder how hubbers like Maddie Ruud can earn the 4 digits in a single month.

Yes I am sure. But I bet she didn't make that her first month
My earnings continue to increase each month - but the first months were very low.
I made a lot of mistakes and wasted a lot of time and effort in the beginning.
Haha, if she made it in her first month, HubPages would have got more hits!
She did it after 10 months, but anyway, it's already great! I joined HP 17 months ago and produced only 100$. I am not truly a good writer.
Thanks for sharing, everyone!
Yes i made very low in first months, but, earnings increased only when my Hubs increased to 150.
Sir Mark: Can you please share some of your valuable knowledge. Please ! So that we don't waste our time.
Thanks & Regards!
Ray
I wouldn't call that huge earnings - I was just reciprocating.
and most people here are not going to know what lakh means
Wow, it's a virtuous chain reaction. This thread started because she was near 500 fans and as I write this that number is 717. Congratulations!

Hi everyone. I've been putting some work in writing quality articles the last few months, all my articles are approved as featured but earnings are still pretty low. I have earned a total of $1+ in two months, and with that speed it will take years to reach checkout. I have both Hubpages and...

I just checked to see when it was that I hit 100,000 views...it was 3 months ago. Today I hit 130,000! That means it took 2 years or so to hit 100,000 but only a fraction of that time to hit another 30,000! I am really shocked to see the numbers grow so fast all of a sudden, but I...

Hi all,I've been here a month now and have 20 hubs, but when I read some of the forum posts I am worried that my traffic is low. I have had around 680 views total for all of my 20 hubs which averages about 6 per day for most of them, on average. I know it takes time to build up traffic and I am...

To meet the 'quality' standard to avoid hubs getting sleepy ZZZd just follow these rules:=> A minimum of 1500 words of truly informative, well-written, useful content => A minimum of 5 relevant, high-resolution, properly-attributed photos (ideally your own) => 2 videos (ideally your own)...

Is 9150 views good for 50 hubs in 5 months, or are my hubs just boring? After 5 months and 50 hubs, I have 9150 views. Is this average, or are my hubs not very interesting?

I was 6 weeks following HubPages. I'm from Indonesia (Asia). When I tried to join AdSense, message appears "Your HubPages profile is less than 6 months old. Google requires applicants from some locations, including China and India, to have owned their site for at least 6 months". So far,...
