When I first started to write on Hubpages it was about a year ago;
I started off as, "Hitalot" then I changed to "Overchanger",
Many didn't know that I had already written well over 300 Hubs previously,
Yet I had to destroy those poems cause of the conent and I didn't follow all the rules specified;
Still today as, "Overchanger" I have agreed with their initial policy and cooperate.
Hubpages gives the average writer a chance to express themselves in a positive platform venue,
My greatest need is to express myself as a creative artist'
After many years approxiamately 20,
Even if my material is disregarded by the critics'
Still I will never relent with determination to become the most influential writer of our time;
Although the naysayers would often disagree with me cause of my content,
Personally, I would never put them down unless a topic really strikes me in a very negative way;
To develop a positive platform as a writer is my chief aim and goal.
Thanks again HubPages for giving me a new chance with my status as, "Overchanger".,
I will continue to demonstrate my talent in a positive fashion !
For some it may be a lack of empathy;
Others may simply disagree with the narration of my content,
Yet I will persist then to never relent in my pursuits of creative writing to the mass populace;
Upon building a platform based of negative perceptions;
Personally I will not tolerate that mindset;
All of us have been given choices,
Yet what we do with the choices with benefit our outcome;
Through perseverance and positive thought process;
We as a society need to bring back love;
Instead of the selfish ambitious types out their'
Let us seek to become selfless toward the benefit of others'
Being humble and meek'
Yet don't confuse meekness with weakness;
Stand strong on your convictions regardless of what critics will say !
You write like an out of control article spinner - could this be just one reason the world has not yet reacted to your 'content' and changed completely to suit your views ?
Constructive criticism from a Well Read Poet...
Your very first objective should now be becoming 'Do-Follow' through writing relevant, readable and interesting works, instead of preaching and self promoting your talents and hair loss, which clearly help support the reasons for your current 'Don't-Follow' status... even with 155 'Hubs'
Sorry to bother you Eddie Veder !
your a real nice guy ?
I don't even know you and you automatically judge me ?
Stop being jealous guys !
My suggestion would be to take some Peptobismol, because you're posting what's referred to as written diahrea.
Just write what comes out of your soul and heart! Your soul speaks it's own language, only a few will be able to appreciate it, or understand it. Becoming a writer takes time, and practice like anything else. Speak from you heart and it shall flow gracefully!
HA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Interesting it seems like I am not as unique as I thought for I feel the same way. Unless it's blatantly inappropriate then heck why not. Keep it up I hope to read some stuff of yours in a book store one day
Haven't read any of your hubs; maybe I need to check them out. Obviously, none of us can read everything on here -- or is there somebody out there who can? Anyway, I've made no money because even though I need it and got on here with that in mind, I've had nothing but problems following thru w/everything, and I've got food on the table, a roof over my head, and gas in the car w/o it! I write to write, to share, to vent, to inspire (if no-one but myself!). Nope. Don't think I'll ever be the best or one of the best and don't expect others to think I'm fab. I just love what I do, and if, by some slim chance, I make somebody out there laugh or even smile at a time when they need it, it's great! Some times I've done it well and it's been profitable (elsewhere--this is first internet attempt). Most of the time--ah, forget it. Just words. Think it was Jimmy Buffett who wrote the song about the Underground Poet--nobody appreciated him till he was dead! Maybe that's gonna be your route, overchanger! Hope not! Think we're entitled to write whatever, but personally your attitude is a bit disconcerting, even if you are the best in the world! What I'm hearing is a chip on your shoulder--not honest boasting. But that's just me. Seriously, I will start checking out your hubs!

Why can't people on Hubpages disagree without attacking others?Opposing positions can lead to a better understanding. Personal attacks say a lot about the commenters' inability to discuss a matter intelligently.

Why do so many hubbers delete comments just because they disagree?I see this a lot particularly on hubs espousing things like Noahs flood, or the inerrancy of the bible. I don't delete opposing comments when I write about evolution - why cant these people deal with contradicting opinions. Is it...

What keeps you using Hubpages over other similar sites?I have seen a lot of people with concerns about Hubpages in one form or another, but I wonder what inspires people to stick with it. Personally, while I would prefer to make money faster, I like that I don't because I see it as a challenge. I...

For the past year or so, I've been paying very close attention to this subject. Squidoo pushed its lensmasters for a long time into providing personal content full of first-person perspective and personal pronouns. This has been a problem for me, personally, because I prefer to write in the second...

How well do poems and short stories do on HP?I noticed a while back somewhere that HP staff had mentioned that creative writing such as poems and short stories don't do as well as informational pieces. I'm curious to know about the earnings of some of the people who publish a lot of these. Do you...

If making money wasn't an option on HubPages, would you still write for this site...No matter if you make pennies a day or dollars. This question isn't about how much money a hubber makes. I'm just curious how many hubbers would still hub if they weren't earning money for the pub or to get some...
