I got a few red arrow, but not a lot.  Also not a big change in my overall views.  When I checked "traffic source" Hubpages is my number one traffic source.  Thanks y'all!  I'm thrilled you are reading my hubs.

Hey Rosie, just checked and most is coming from google... Woohoo!

On the flip side of that,  I'll be so glad to be done with this challenge so I can read my favorite writers' hubs again!

I'm seeing an increase, slowly, across the board.  It's hard to say how much is attributed to linkbuilding and other work I've been continuing to do.

My belief is that the panda update was only going to be temporary, as is so often the case.

We need to keep pushing the garbage Hubs down and push the quality Hubs up.

    Keep helping one another.

Mine is up a bit, though not helping with Google earnings (I'm about 35 cents from another payout).
Even more surprising is that someone bout about $200 worth of jun... er, needful items on Amazon from a hub I have never before earned from.

I have been seeing an uptick in traffic over the last few days. However, I am unwilling to admit it has anything to do with what HP staff has done and more inclined to do with what I have done. wink smile

I'm not so inclined-- as I haven't done anything.

Yes, traffic was up on a lot of my hubs and enough to merit around 10 red arrows.  Unfortunately, my was short lived (about 24 hours) and traffic has starting heading back down to post-Panda levels.

I think the only objective way of finding out is to look at a website such as Quantcast which gives visitor figures for hubpages.com as a whole.  Individual hubbers can see quite big rises and drops but that isn't necessarily meaningful.  Currently on Quantcast, as far as 26th April, it only shows the two big drops in traffic that are consistent with the 2 Google algo changes.

    http://www.quantcast.com/hubpages.com

I would therefore suggest that there is no recovery for the site at present.

I noticed it too.  I'm now up to about 50 percent of what I used to have.  Of course, I now have more hubs. . .

Well it's prefectly feasible that *your* hubs are "recovering" even if the site as a whole remains in the doldrums!  ;-)

What is really going on is Squidoo ranks higher than Hubpages. So the past two day a lot of people at Squidoo has seen all of their articles completely removed. That is the increase of views.

Some people who has multiple article on page one with the same keyword saw only Squidoo taken off the search. I am not sure if you have noticed a few days of complete loss of Google search engine hits but your time may be coming soon. My thoughts are Google is seeing with article site has the most traffic or something to that case.

Sorry, Mainewriter but I am not clear what you are saying. Do you mean that Squidoo has suddenly taken a big hit in the SERPs?

I did notice a few days where my google hits were way down, but they seem to be back up now.  Not as good as the first day I posted this thread, but still on the upswing, so I'll take it!

DIYweddingplanner perhaps people are inspired to check online articles about weddings bec of the Royal wedding. Are your hubs with increased views geared towards weddings?

I see that my number of views is still unstable -- "seesaw", but CTR is way down and amount of click is very low.

It's been kind of a mixed bag, so not sure what's causing that.  Maybe a good fairy is reposting stuff to Facebook, that zoomed my views on Facebook sky high a few weeks ago.
