    The strangest prescription I ever got was "Go buy a Big Mac".
    
    He thought I was low on salt because I had fainted for no good reason.
    
    Turns out years later that he was wrong - I have some nerve problem that sometimes interferes with telling my heart to speed up fast enough - hence dizziness and sometimes fainting if I'm not careful.
