Do I get a cookie?
Another HP merit badge?
Is there some sort of parade involved?
I don't mean to spoil it if y'all were planning a surprise party.
I'm assuming, of course that this is some sort of world record.
Do the Guinness people come to you, or should they be contacted?
And I haven't a THING to wear...
Within 24 hrs after you hit the mark, you will get your accolade pinned to your profile page.
By the way Congrats!
Let me know when you reach 38,000. That's where I'm at right now.
Yes, Dave Matthews, but you tour around the world constantly. Playing hundreds of concerts a year just to get followers seems a bit gimicky. No, I'll stick with the old fashioned way... high quality informative writing.
Way to go.
Accolades are a great way of looking at the mirror.
So... then HP contacts the Guinness folks on my behalf?
Do I need to get fancy invitations printed for the gala?
I am impressed.
Thus, you got a brand new fan.
Many thanks, M'lady.
As there is clearly some sort of accounting error attributing too many digits to your number of followers, I can only assume that HP's servers are malfunctioning.
Assuming, therefore, that you are a newbie, perhaps you would benefit from my vast expertise in the area of making money with Hubpages:

Don't worry, if you follow the foolproof system, you'll get to 1000 views someday too.
Any celebration is on your part as hitting 1000 is just the beginning of always watching and waiting to get to 10,000; 100,000 and eventually 1,000,000
I have to say aiming for a million is the way to go.
Such a delighful sense of humour
Yep,you'll make it..(wherever that is) lol
I would, but I don't want anyone else to feel bad because they can't reach this historic mark. No, probably better to just lead by example.
Not sure on what basis you trusted me but they are on your public profile. I have to say I am thoroughly depressed. Briefly. Must write a hub about it.
Coincidently, Mark... and you're never going to believe this, but...
Ah got me. Except for once, and you have to believe me, I wasn't marketing myself. No need - I've had my single Google visit for the day.
Greg and Mark, the two of you crack me up. Are you twins? lol
It's a curse.
I really should put a medical liability waiver at the top of each hub.
Really? I've asked legal questions on here, and I am quite certain that Hubpages forums have provided me with the highest possible level of authoritative legal counsel.
Their profile descriptions all show them to be professionals at the top of their field. Well respected and successful lawyers, scientists, writers...
Surely such advice from such highly regarded sources is admissible in any court.
My profile description is certainly gospel.
Some people have integrity.
Hopefully it will show through their writing.
I trust everyone and believe no-one
Melord, I shall hide myself now, for, I have sinned.
Man. Missed it.
Been too busy selling blood the past couple days to write anything. Apparently you have to WRITE things for people to read them around here. Bloody unfair. I should write a hub about it.
Regardless, today's the day. I have deigned to toss out a fluff-piece to the jackals. Though I am loathe to do so, such is the price of success.
It's like winning Publishers Clearing House, you get a check and roses! That would be nice wouldn't it?
I can't even imagine.................1,000! Must feel awesome! Congratulations.................

...until my referrals get to the 10,000,000 hub traffic views.I was guesstimating that it would have been around late March 2011 that they'd have hit ten million, but with the recent Google algorithm change, who knows. My latest hub (Trackers - Episode III) shows my January 2011 referral stats, and...

Its amazing. this man writes hubs only about sober clean life and how to leave addiction. He earns almost nothing but the contribution he has made in HP is noteworthy. Lets appreciate his afford and encourage him to keep writing.Congrats Mark

Not sure why, but I have decided that the arbitrary amount of 500,000 page views is a landmark worth celebrating Anyway, my hubs passed this landmark today. Woohoo !The amount of views varies dramatically from page to page, as my earlier hubs were created with not one clue about anything online...

I just published my 120th hub today, and finally my hubscore went up to 96! I've watched it gradually creep on up from the low 80s (when a bunch of Squidoo lenses transferred over, maybe even high 70s). I have no idea how much this matters, but just thought I'd share!

I have worked really hard to improve and cull my articles for some time now, and finally...finally...I have made it to payout in one month! This is without ad money...just the HP program! What a great feeling!
