I just published a canning recipe hub and could not find home canning as a topic. I looked at others who had done similar hubs and they all took the same route I did..going under food and then to ingredients/vegetables. Did I miss it? and if canning can not be a topic can you at least add peppers to the vegetable list?
I actually found canning as a topic. I can't remember what sub-heading it was under. I think it was "food," then "recipes" then "canning." I'll have to look (I have a hub on canning strawberry jam which is actually filed under the canning sub-category).
Hmm... never mind. I stuck mine under Food and Cooking-Cooking Igredients-Jams and Jellies. My brain is on the fritz!
This is helpful for me when I'm in doubt:
I don't see "canning" there, though.
