Hello HubMobsters, we are starting a new week, with a fantastic topic for the most awesome HubMobsters on the web.  First of all a big thanks to all the hubbers who took part in last week's HubMob and a warm welcome to all the new HubMobsters who joined us last week for the first time.

I am sure you are all familiar with the old sayings "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" and "you are what you eat".  Does it remind you of something?  It reminds me of stubbornly sitting at the table, lower lip stuck out refusing to eat the veggies on my plate.  My mom's voice drifts from the confines of my memory "you need to eat your vegetables", "you must finish your milk", "eat the meat!".  Do you remember that?  I am sure we all share similar experiences as the nutritional war has been fought for centuries in every home.  And as we all know having tasty appetizing food on the table is one of the best arms to win the battle.  So the Topic for this week's HubMob is going to be Food and Recipes to help all those homemakers win the daily battle in their kitchens and dining rooms.

    http://i44.tinypic.com/63vdbn.jpg

Some ideas for a HubMob are:
    - Finding the best food buys
    - Nutrition: protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals
    - Recipes: breakfast, eggs, sandwiches, soups, starters, beverages, main dishes, vegetables and rice, desserts, cookies, snacks.
    - Culinary Arts & Cooking Techniques: Microwave cooking, steaming, stir frying, cooking terms
    - Food for Kids
    - Food Safety
    - Markets & Food Shops
    - Quick & Easy Recipes
    - Restaurants & Fast Food
    - Vegetarian & Vegan Recipes
    - World Cuisines
    - Diets
    - Special needs: food for diabetics, gluten free diets, food allergies.
    - How to read labels for ready made food.

    To join this week's HubMob
    please follow the steps below:

    1. click this link and answer the Request that I entered in for all of you HubMobsters.

    2. Choose a relevant title for your HubMob and feel free to use the tags that I suggested and add your own tags.  To get a good ranking in the search engines make your title relevant to your hub content and avoid starting your title with "Weekly HubMob"

    3. Choose a relevant category for your HubMob

    4. Write an awesomely comprehensive Hub that completely covers your topic idea.

    5. Include the HubMob RSS Feed in your hub: http://hubpages.com/request/11308/best?new&rss

    6. Add the HubMob image specially made by ProCW for the occasion to your Hub so that everyone who reads it will know that it is part of the official HubMob topic of the week.

    7. After you publish your HubMob Hub, come back to the forum and post a link to your hub with a brief description of what you wrote about and why.  Take advantage of the free publicity!

    8. Keep track of your Hub and keep us updated on any traffic that you're getting.

Yep, that's about it - have fun writing your HubMob Hub this week and please let us all know if you have any questions. Have fun, you crazy HubMobsters. smile

If some of you could come up with three, five or seven course meals, the search engines would REALLY have an appetite for those!!!

If you have some great recipes for dieters, try coming up with...

Once in an Iranian restaurant I had this ice cream which was served with lemon juice on top.  It was a kind of sorbet served with rose ice cream.  Does anyone know the name and how to make it?
