I have come across a whole sheaf of "new hubbers", where the content of the hub includes:

all groups of characters linked to something.
It is impossible to keep track of and flag all this. Surely, there is an easy automated way to check whether hubs include nonsense????
Why is the HP bureaucracy doing nothing at all to stop this stuff appearing in the first place???????????
I agree! There are several factors or issues that should be red flags to stop a Hub or an entire account at the door, before publication. In the long run, it would save HP staff, other Hubbers, and the entire world a great deal of time and grief, if they would create and use the means to prevent the problem, instead of trying to deal with it after the fact.
I did go on a flagging spree once and developed a method that went along very fast. But I still think the garbage should be stopped before it ever starts.
I must agree with this. Why create problems for all?
They are by at least two hubbers (or maybe the same with different accounts) and all the hubs are like this. So far today I have flagged 5 of them and the profiles.....
Those Hubs are written in Martian-ese. That's all. I just knew when that flying saucer dropped all those Martians off in Albuquerque last week, the first thing they'd do was sign up for HubPages and start writing Hubs. (I don't know... Is it really all that important to be all that picky about about grammar and spelling??? ) ()
Izzy, xbvzdbzsjl mugkrgjknj. lniwablrvd lghnyk klxiywpjemz??
Is that serious? They just smash buttons like that? That's terrible. I'll keep an eye out and flag 'em if I see 'em.
The crap continues today, flagged two more profiles.
I saw many yesterday. I found 6 and they all had different profile/usernames. Very annoying going through the newest hubs and seeing that.
In addition, I've found some groups on Facebook filled with the same thing though there is no indication that they are not an English based language group.

I was really excited when I saw this new feature because I thought it was a great way to support, get to know and interact with other hubbers...But...for the most part, with some exceptions it is a load of garbage. When I think of all the painstaking time I take putting a hub together...and I...

I find it hilarious that Hubpages pushes the concept of helping new Hubbers yet my Hub which has had very good reception by the community has been flagged for being both overly promotional and substandard.I had 5 social bookmarking links, and 2 other links to free tools absolutely related to the...

I was hub hopping and had to flag a few hubs for being substandard (word count). One hub had exactly 10 words and 2 photos. There should be a way the system prevents you from publishing a hub like that except if it's in the poetry section.

What are your thoughts on the new affiliate link affiliate link blanket rule? Do you think it will reduce the tsunami of spam hubs that spammer hubbers are publishing or will it make no difference at all?Personally I have had three Hubs flagged and placed in no mans land for affiliate links even...

I looked at a featured hubber's hubs lastnight and noticed she had several hubs that were just a bunch of pictures. Then she also had hubs that were basically a Table of Contents linking to a bunch of other hubs on one general topic. She headed it up with a brief brief paragraph. Something seems...

There are a lot of terrible junk hubs here that are damaging to all the hardworking writers that are a major source of good content, be it commercial or otherwise.I would love to see as many hubbers as possible flagging crappy hubs with zero appeal.Lets take out the trash.
