I have made well over the payment required but yet to be paid. I searched and searched for answers and cannot find what I need to know. I need to know when my payment will be in my paypal. I have made over 3,000 dollars in the last 6 months but no payment. Who do I contact? Why have I not yet been paid?
Where have you made the money? Google? eBay? Amazon? HP Ads?
So you've contacted HP staff and they haven't answered your query?
The payout threshold is $50. You will be paid once your balance reaches at least that amount. You can check your balance on this page.
"You acknowledge and agree that You will not publicly disclose Your payments or Earned Balance (including any subcomponents thereof) from the HubPages Earnings Program without prior written consent of HubPages."
You mean I can't tell people I've earned $3,000,000 this week alone? Oops! darnit!
Thanks, I found my answer and my mistake of the zero's. You are very kind. You are very helpful and I will follow you now. Thanks again
HP is getting pretty Gestapo on their TOS ... anyone else ever run a business with wages or salaries that vary? DO you remember why you didnt want them to talk aboput what they earned?
I wonder how that corresponds to the general estimation the OP made to warrant this "gentle" threat
Can you think of a better way to try and stem the tide of complaints that they (admin) are doing something wrong with the site from people who's earnings didn't recover after subdomains? The #1 thing that fans those flames is statements of earnings...
You have a ten thousand views award, I seriously doubt you've made 3000 dollars, or we'd all be rich as lords. There's a miscalculation somewhere.
I was thinking the same thing with under 100 hubs too.
You have to be right. To earn $3000 in your first 6 months, even with 93 hubs, would have to set an all time earnings record!
While I earned my first adsense payout in 6 months, and felt pretty good about that, it's a far cry from $3000.
I'm getting 20,000 views in a week at the moment, wish I earned $3000 a week
LMAO, I managed to earn an average of 800 dollars a month from online writing this year. Hubpages hasn't even factored into it yet as I've yet to hit pay out. As I've recently quit one of the pages I wrote for (for ethical reasons) I expect that to drop to about 500 a month unless something amazing happens.
Yes there was, somehow I added two many zeros. It was 30. I thought I would joke around a bit on the Where's my Money. I should of phrased it differently. Thanks
If you have a Google Adsense account, the payment report data can be confusing to someone not used to it. Are you sure you're reading it right?
In any case, if you made over $50 by the end of last month, you will get it on about the 20th of this month.
Having looked at your Hubs and noticing how every one I looked at had many unrelated tags, I must confess, I seriously doubt your stated level of success money-wise.
3000 with a third of the hubs less than a month old as well!!! Some going..... maybe there is a zero or two extra there somewhere!!
I see the OP is using tags as some sort of way to attract search engines? I think. If it has earned her $3000 in just 6 months, then the rest of us are definitely missing something.
No, Izzy, obviously tagging your article with search engine names doesnt make them come faster, lol , wouldnt that be cool!
I would bet its simply a misunderstanding about the purpose of the tags and not some devious "deceptive tag" ... rather than get all witch hunty , why not someone explain to her or link to an article or FAQ entry for how to use tags?
Relache is usually good for a link to the faq's t.. what happened this time?
Id bet 3k views is getting confused with 3k dollars. But, it is quite possible to make 3k in amazon with low traffic if you have some high cost items moving well... who knows!
Maybe she will come back and answer and see all these helpful responses
The OP has made mistakes with tags, but you know an accolade of 10k simply means she has over 10k views but less than 100k.
And she might well be due some money because she writes a lot about diabetes which is a high paying keyword.
Also her hub about why to take insulin is number 8 in Google for its title which is pretty good - didn't really look at the others.
But I doubt if she has earned $3000, unless she has another name or site she hasn't mentioned that is earning too.
She seems to think that HP owes her the money, which would mean 3k dollars from HP Ads. Unless she is doing something very very different from everyone I have talked to, even 99,999 view from HP Ads would not equal 3000 dollars.
Neither does 200,000 views. Trust me on this one!
Half a million pageviews could get you about $2500 (your hub mileage may vary)
Made me a lot more than that.
But - I don't do tattoos.
According to a post habee made recently, she almost $1000 in October with over 800 Hubs. Imagine how many pageviews that took...
But I do very little promotion for my hubs. Someone savvy like Mark works a lot smarter than I do.
Take that one to the bank, folks! For me, it is even less.
The paypal part does certainly suggest its an hpads question ... anyone know the email address for hpads help?
Can we see a screenshot of your hubpages account showing traffic and CPM. I suspect that you are misreading something.
The OP hasn't returned, but I wish she would.
She has been mistaken about how to use tags, and she must have been mistaken over this too.
But that does not make her a bad or a stupid person.
This community has always been good at helping each other, and we want to help the OP too.
Hey it's one thing we are good at! Let's keep it that way
Thanks for all the comments people. I appreciate it. I did miscalculate the earnings. It is 30 dollars and I have the answer now. Thanks, and adding search engines as tags is something I heard from another hubber to do. Is this wrong? Thanks all, very good replys.
Thanks galleryofgrace, I am learning slowly. I appreciate your kindness.
I really hope that I make a payout every month. But as of now I take 2 months to make a HP Ad Payout.

I joined hub pages recently and have only a few articles online. So if I am to apply for a google adsense account what would be a safe number of articles to have before applying? And is the amount of time the articles are published also a factor?

To meet the 'quality' standard to avoid hubs getting sleepy ZZZd just follow these rules:=> A minimum of 1500 words of truly informative, well-written, useful content => A minimum of 5 relevant, high-resolution, properly-attributed photos (ideally your own) => 2 videos (ideally your own)...

Hi,I do not why Google is not approving my Adsense application. Am from India and I heard that people from India should wait minimum 6 months to apply for Adsense. Also they should have published minimum 10 hubs. I have done all these things. But when I apply to Adsense, am not getting approved....

I have read in a few different forums, Hub comments and Answer/Questions that you shouldn't really expect much success, at least financially, until sometime around 6 months on HubPages.I'm just curious what happens around 6 months? Is that you will just have more quantity or by 6 months most...

I have read time and time again that earnings increase with a snowball effect after 3,4,5,6+ months on here. I sort of get that, but after taking my own experiences into consideration, I'm left with a few questions.I've read folks comments such as "it takes 6 month's for google to index and...
