Issue with Comments

   I have a few hubs where I approved comments from readers. Now it's 9 PM Wed, and some of those I approved say "deny" and my own answers say "moderate." I had no problem with the comments, and obviously didn't reply to a reader anything that needed to be moderated. Is something wrong?

      When you approve a comment the "Approve" button goes away leaving just the "deny" button for future use if you change your mind.

         I've been on HP for over a year and it never did that before on any of my hubs. Once I approved a reader's comments, there isn't any deny or approve or anything underneath. My remarks I made back to them all say "moderate" on them now. I checked and it's all my hubs. I just had to fix some dumb thing on 99 hubs the other day. I don't understand this but it was never this way before this evening.

   Hey Jean, about an hour or so ago, HubPages was down for changes. The reason you see the "deny" and "moderate your own comment", is because it was just a change they just made. It wasn't that way earlier today, because I've added about a dozen comments today alone and that wasn't there earlier.

      Thank you Cagsil. I thought I was losing my mind. It wasn't that way earlier when I was updating a hub. Of course, things change often around here...As long as somebody else sees it, lol.

   Does this mean that "Deny" and "Moderate your own comment" will be in every hub comments from now on???

      Apparently so, but you will be the only one who sees it and only when you're logged into your account.

         Oh, that makes it better. I thought everyone saw it, and it looks awful. It's not so bad if only we see it on our own hubs.

            Hi Jean.
            I agree with you. Thank G only we can see them this red and gray, looks awful but everyone knows it's there.  What was wrong with the original??
