    First class foods are foods that offer us a nutritional benefit to our human body. Fast food often is laden with a quick meal that is cheap and filled with allot of calories and big profits for the drive through.

    A to Z of first class foods is about real foods that offer us some health benefits.

    A - Apricot - a fruit that is filled with vitamin filled with vitamin A and C and little bit of iron and calcium.

      B - Blueberries - The dark color of the skin is due to heavy concentration of proanthocyanidins that protect the fruit from oxidizing. They work the same way in our bodies - as an anti-oxidant.

    F - Figs - rich source of vitamin K, and good source of iron, potassium and manganese.  Fig preserves are one delicious way to eat this nutritious food.

    G- garlic - antiviral and antibacterial properties help prevent/fight infection.

    one clove a day, crushed, can help improve your health.

    when cooking with garlic, don't add it until the last 10 minutes.

    while cooking, it makes your home smell like you're an amazing chef.
