I'm pretty tired of the constant religious and anti-religious bickering here. Any tips how how to block it out? Yeah, I know, don't read it. I don't, but the garbage still seeps into my notifications, etc. I'd rather not see it at all. I try to avoid hatred.
I think there's a way to block or remove specific discussion threads in your forum feed. A recent thread discussed that same problem and someone said you could right-click on the main link to the thread and there's an option to not have it appear. I didn't try it, so my info here is untested and not real clear.
Let me know if it works - I'm usually on the iPad when I'm on the forums, so I keep forgetting to try it when I'm on the computer. Good luck!
I tried. It didn't work, or maybe I'm doing it wrong. Thanks anyway.
If you are using Chrome or Firefox search for the Hubpages filter add on by Edweirdo. It lets you choose which forums you want to see.
