For there to be intelligence tests created for their full potential, we would have to define intelligence. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened and there are many opinions about the types of intelligence that exist.
How does one measure wisdom that comes from age? Great question. Which brings me to my finalization that one can't. (in my opinion)
The structure of the of an IQ test has little to do with wisdom, religion, politics, art, music etc.
