   I believe this to be quite a possibility. If in fact these time travelers are capable of harnessing vast amounts of energy to bend space time then it would be quite feasible that bending light, manipulation of light or just plain simple miniature cameras and screens would enable them to walk around observing historical events unnoticed.

   Intriguing question and I probably agree.  Why not? What we consider 'invisible' even 'magical' may be purely scientific in nature that we dont know of.  @JCB has given the best answer so far.
   Remember most things we see in public is only a smalll microcosm of the true potential. Information, phenomena and other things are deccimated to the public is tiny inklings, this way we can be observed, and the results tested in order to predict its use in the future on a larger scale all without our knowledge.  The most intriguing thing in life is realizing you as a Human [note the capital H] being are part of a much more complex process constantly at work.

    I don't know about time travellers...but I am aware that linear time is just a western concept and there are so many things outside of  normal human awareness. I have seen things I can't explain to my usually pragmatic self today -  I saw 'ghosts' as a child and often wonder if perhaps they are just people on a different dimension. It's an interesting question - great to ponder! Make a great story!

    I think that it is possible that there are time travelers but I don't know that they are invisible to us.  If they have mastered time travel then logically they have also mastered the art of blending in to our society in terms of dress, etc.  Possibly they have come to our world through a crease in the time continum which only they can locate....much like the seam of two overlapping walls.  No doubt they are from the future for the intelligence level does not exist in the past.  They are as baffled by our ignorance as we would be baffled by their intelligence thus they dare not approach us.  Their conundrum is addressing how we can span that void of intelligence and come together as one society.  If it is not, then my only conclusions is that are waiting to decide how to employ us as slaves...you be the judge!     I think it is possible but then you have to ask yourself, if you had all of time to pursue and visit why would you come to 2010, in the grand scheme of things our time will be uneventful and therefore less likely of a visit from travellers from the future. It would be around massive world events that they would be present and during those stressfull times who's thinking about invisible tourists from another era?

    I'm from the future to answer your question. I can't go into much detail, because it would take like forever to explain all of this to you.  But, I'll try my best.  Essentially, we (you and I) are all time travelers.
    
    When you die, you simply wake up in another dimension or plane of existence.  Usually, you just think it was a bad dream.  But because we all exist on infinite planes of existence all the time, we never die.  And because we exist on infinite levels, we can end up on any level and still feel like we've always been there.
    
    Hope that answers your question.  Well, I've got to get back.  Wait until you see the video games in about 3 more years.  You're gonna freak dude!

    I don't know about 'Invisible Time Travellers, but I do have a photo in a book, taken with Infra red photography, that shows a typical kitchen scene: kitchen chair, part of a table, all very faint and - wait for it!
    
    A huge, eel like creature floating or swimming right across the middle of that room as if the furniture, walls et cetera did not exist.
    
    My conclusion.   There are worlds within worlds within worlds we know nothing about because our five senses are not able to pick them up.

    How did you know? I arrived here from a special place called Viable Holiday. It took many years for me to perfect the art of invisibleness, so now I am having a wondeful stay on this planet. The highlight is being able to type while not being able to see my hands. You see, I am invisible to myself as well. But when I eat Tic Tacs I turn into a human type person who is extra ordinarily good looking. And this is when my holiday turns into a problem. Everyone stares and I cannot walk around looking at all the attractions. I hope you have enjoyed your time as a person because now this ray gun will turn you into a Tic Tac...

    definitely possible, but I dont think they'll ever tell you if their legitly a time traveler. Think about it, what is oneof the first rules they would teach you as a time traveler? Dont screw with the past! So, their most like just observing us, doing nothing, all in the name of filling out their history books.
