The weather ALWAYS influences my mood. I live in San Diego, it's mostly sunny here and that's why I struggle to stay in a good mood. I hate the heat. It makes things so difficult! BUT on the rare occasion it rains here I become very relaxed and calm. I often find myself longing for a nap or just relaxing indoors. I'd say the weather that puts me in the best mood, is when it's just a little bit chilly outside.

Weather influences my mood in a lot of different ways.  I have always had an interest in weather, so even stormy weather picks my mood up because I am interested in what is going on.  I do get depressed when it rains for weeks at a time, or when it's really foggy during the wintertime.  There actually is a scientific explanation for this rainy blues phenomenon.  Vitamin D levels affect your mood more than you realize.  Without exposure to sun (assuming you are not taking Vitamin D supplements), your body becomes Vitamin D deficient, and your mood becomes negative as a result.  Taking Vitamin D supplements during the cloudier months is a good idea for not only keeping your immune system boosted, but also to keep your mood boosted as well.

The weather influences my mood, but not nearly as much as sunlight.  The winter months can  be very depressing because of all the darkness.  I don't know how people in Alaska, Norway, etc. get by.

Absolutely!  When it is warm and sunny I am much more energetic and happy.  I am in a much better mood than if it is cloudy and dreary.  When it is rainy, I just want to sit on the couch and do nothing.  Actually, that would be a good time to write some hubs, right?  smile

It truly does. I like rainy cloudy days the most. For myself, this is relaxing. I like to do things on days like this. I don't mind the cloud over my head:)

Yes when the weather changes. I get tired and moody. More in the winter. I love when the sun is out and there is blue sky. I feel much better. I guess that is way I like the color of blue. And when the weather change my whole body hurts more

yes, I have too.  Spent a whole day sleeping when its downporing outside.   Eagerly wanting to go swimming or do gardening when the weather is pretty.

Yeah. I love it when just before the rain, it is cloudy and a light wind blows on your face. It makes all of your worries go away and you wish it is always like this...
