An American was born in the US of A or became a citizen by taking the citizenship test.  Also, it is one who is BORN; meaning all the babies inside Moms are NOT Americans unless Mom says so until they are born, according to the 14th Amendment.

The average US citizen is overweight and has a vocabulary of about 250 words. He/she works for one corporation or another at least 50 hours per week. Television, which is basically a medium of commercial ads interspersed with pieces of produced entertainment slipped in to keep people watching, is the primary form of entertainment. Many do not believe in proven science. They like to buy things. They are hard-working, money and business-minded. They are hopelessly ignorant on, but confident in their knowledge in, history and geography.
