Misbah has written an excellent article in response to Brenda's prompt. The science behind laughter and how the limbic system comes into play is very enlightening. I also loved the jokes in the end. Thanks for sharing. The link is as below.

    Misbah...
Thanks for your article on Happy.

Sorry about my delay in responding.

Your article, "The Science of Laughter and 10 Jokes to Make You Smile and Happy" is very enlightening.

I must agree that laughter is beneficial to our health.

It's the best drug that I know & it costs nothing.

You tell us Laughter brightens our mood & relieves stress.

I didn't realize there was a Science behind it.  That the left & right side of our brains had so much function.

I'm going to have to start counting the number of times i laugh per day...perhaps I need more.

The details you include are quite interesting.

Great quote by Carolyn Birmingham & nice video.

    Thanks for those jokes.

I think i really like the first one best.

It's great to smile and laugh...thank you.

I'll post a link in the word prompt article.

Dear Bredz, thank you so much for reading and for your lovely comment. I'm glad you enjoyed it. smile
It's a good idea to keep track of how many times you laugh in a day. We certainly need to laugh more and cry less; being happy and making others happy is a wonderful way to live, but in this universe there also exist something we call 'Balance.' Every good/positive thing we do or have, I believe, has an equal share of its opposite as well like we laugh and cry, we live and die, and... the list goes on and on! smile

Take care and have a fabulous weekend

      Blessings and love as always!

        That's a great thought...everything balances out together.

I'm going to make sure I laugh each day...
At least I have these kittys here and they're like a constant cartoon.

        Have a great day

Lol!  The kids got this covered.

Buddy was playing with one awhile back.  Batting it back & forth on his blanket on the floor...i thought it was his toy mouse..until it moved by itself

    Misbah...
I haven't been feeling well, but I am keeping the tv tuned to a few laughs.
I love comedians...stand up comics seem to have several channels.

Thanks for reminding me about laughter...at least 17 times a day

    Bredz
