   That totally depends on who you are and where actually you stand on the popularity charts and what is your fan-following like which loosely translates into how many dvds you can sell or how many visitors you can transform into paid members on porn websites. At the end of the day it boils down to demand and supply.
   
   If the market has a demand for what you do and likes it believe you me there shall be plenty of suppliers to lay you out on your terms.But that comes later in the career and not always to all.
   
   Agreed lots of porn stars like Jenna Jameson, Terra Patrick, Belladonna are multi-billionaires but that is because they have all been around for over a decade or even a couple of dozen years and what's more they no longer work for others but do it for their own company and hire fresh talent to do it for them so they rake in profits both way.
   
   Most fresh pornstars get paid for what they do and how far and how rough the sex they are willing to submit to. Then most pornstars are quite cool to take home even $1,000 per scene
   freshers prefer to take that much even lesser per day.That wud mean that a smart producer would wrap say two or three scenes  of an artiste in a day while on another hand a top name could be short changed as a single scene could stretch to say three days at a leisure pace.
   
   Then most stars don't always take home what they sign for as their blood thirsty agents demand their pound of flesh as commission.Some smart cookies don't blink in paying off their agents in kind rather than cash.
   
   All said and done if ur in right hands and have become the flavor of the week then an active pornstar can always take home $500 a scene-all expenses paid. But the horizon isn't always sooo bright else apart from greed why would several pornstars not hesitate to escort and solicit for clients n bed partners when they're not doing it on camera. The smart ones prefer to do it on film for a few years find a lusty toyboy or an ageing oil tycoon billionaire marry him and then retire from the trade.
