My mother I was in her stomach for 9 months and more than a year on her lap.
My mom -- she made her mistakes just like anyone else, but she's never stabbed me in the back or tried to use me, and never rejected my love simply because she couldn't accept not being able to control me. I guess that says all it needs to about my dad.
My mother. Up until she passed away about four years ago, we were literally best friends. I never really talked with my father, and the transition was quite difficult. It's very empty in my house now.
I loved them both, but my dad died when I was 8 and being an only child, I grew particularly close to my mom. She died when I was 15, but until then it was just the two of us.
My mother, strong and smart woman always fighting for us to be happy and my dad the lazy one never to be trusted so guess what the answer is ..... unfortunately
My mom, she was and is my favorite person. yeah we got in fights, but now that i'm older and i look back i understand why she would say no and am grateful for it.
Mother was always closer to me when I was a young child but now, that I am an adult I feel better connected to my dad. He is a quiet and peaceful old guy and she is hard to please, bossy lady.
I was't really close to either parent, but if I had to pick one, it would be my mom.
