What is the best saying that you like to use to relate with life
As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You'll have your heart broken and you'll break others' hearts. You'll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you'll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you've never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone's hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don't be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.
" it is what it is" is my motto. you can't change what has happened so live with it and move on.
Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, But today, today is a gift. That's why its called 'present'.
I always like to think that 'My glass is half-full' never 'half-empty'
This too, shall pass.........I am now old enough to testify to its truthfulness.
He who laughs the last laughs the best. That is the proverb I always use in my life.
It is better to live your life and then die than to live your life dying!
"If you fall, fall on your back, cause if you could look up you could get up." Les Brown
Life in this realm is so very, very, very temporary. And given the circumstances of the ugliness and injustice prevalent in this world I am grateful of that fact.
C'est la vie... That's life. I like saying it in French better...
I was texting someone a while back and typed in at the end... 'oh well, tomorrow is a blank page yet to be written on'.
So that's my personal one...
Tomorrow is a blank page; yet to be written on.

What is the best way to "live in the now"?I often hear about this as a means of de-stressing and improving the quality of one's life, but I often find it hard to do. My OCD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder don't help either. If you are able to, what's your secret?
