I like eggs and Canadian bacon and blueberries. That makes for a nice midnight meal. Usually I avoid snacking because it can cause problems with leptin resistance.
sounds pretty yummy..i don't snack to much either but every now and then i wake up and for whatever reason can't go back to sleep and then of course i get munchy. i just wanted to c what everyone likes.
Mussy Puscles. It is a great thing to eat any time of the day or night.
Hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows on top accompanied by shortbread biscuits...not a good diet food !!
I wish I could say a bowl of grapes or something healthy like that, but it's actually popcorn. Not too bad, but I still wish I'd choose grapes over popcorn more often.
Beer and BBQ pringles, its the best and puts me right to sleep.
