   Well am sure this is not the answer you are looking for but I BBQ'd one day and my daughter-in-law' sister went mad for the meats and especially those little tiny finger size wiener things, she had been searching and trying for years since eating them somewhere to no avail and looked at me not blaming me if I didn't want to give the secret away. I just laughed and said "sure" and handed her a regular jar of Kraft BBQ, the only secret is marinating it or a low simmer and for larger pieces of meat, cook meat til almost fall off bone tender and simmer another 10 yo 15 minutes or just cover meat all over well and just let it sit cooling that long.

   I love good Steaks. Normally you can´t change much about the steak itself but a nice marinade with pepper, salt and some chili makes it even spicier. My favorite steak is Roast beef.
   
   I would serve it with some grilled cheese. Feta cheese spiced with Salt, Pepper, oil, onions and Oregano, wrapped in aluminium foil.

   Hot Honey BBQ Ribs/Chicken (my own secret recipe)
   
   Speedies (marinated beef tips – lightly grilled and then put onto a good sausage bun)
   
   Kabobs
   
   Trout Almandine
   
   Feta Spinach Kielbasa
   
   Bacon Cheese Infused Burgers
   
   Steak, steak, and more steak.
   
   Definitely time to start up the BBQ, my mouth is watering just thinking about it.
