Which of the meal of the day is the most important to you? Breakfast? Launch? Or dinner?
I would have to say dinner is because it is when everyone in the household is home so we get to sit down and talk about the day.
simply because, I am not in hurry. Moreover, I have dinner along with all members of my family.
It is sort of rule that we all eat our dinner together. We are four... me, wife and two kids,
Definitely the breakfast. I have a heavy breakfast and it keeps me going for almost the rest of the day. Though I never skip my lunch.
Mid morning, my stomach doesn't feel right without vitamins and proteins. I love a healthy shake with bananas, kiwi fruit, blueberries and light milk to kick start my morning. Also multi grain toast with one egg.
