Last night my husband and I had grilled brats with some raw veggies and chips on the side.  No picture, but it was very good!  Your dinner looks delicious.

Ouch, no dinner for two days? How come? Chinese sounds great, though.

randomcreative: that sounds pretty fantastic - also healthy! (Way healthier than mine, anyway.)

    BethBrown: homemade is the best.

For Sunday dinner yesterday, I cooked Jamaican style rice & peas, Stewed pork and topped that off with cucumber tomato salad and a tall glass of my special lemonade (lemonade with a splash or rum, mint and ginger).
