    smoked salmon, cream cheese, avocado and cucumber rolled up in dried seaweed, then sticky rice and then rolled in small salmon roe. I think there is an actual name for it, but I'm not sure. I think it is pretty easy to make at home, and I feel comfortable with it because I buy the salmon ready to eat and don't have to worry about working with raw fish. You can get the sushi rolling mat at a decent price which makes it a lot easier to create.
