I love rhubarb pie, but it is very hard to find in the Midwest. Unless of course they blend it with cherries. It's a good alternative, but my ultimate fav is rhubarb. It takes me back to my childhood when my dad & I were the only ones in the family who loved rhubarb. It was a special treat. hmm.. now I wish I had some.

I absolutely love a sweet potato pie. But hearkening back to my childhood in my grandmother's kitchen is an egg custard pie...and if I could only get my hands on one well executed today! That pie will make you lose your mind! Egg custard it is!

The only pie i can bake is Pineapple Tart Pie. It is yummy. But my all time favorite is Egg pie. I would really like to have a taste of Apple Pies, but they are expensive to buy here and not so popular in our country.

Strawberry Rhubarb was always my favorite, and it's very hard to find in the northeast as well. I've actually met some people that had never heard of rhubarb.

A distant second is pumpkin pie.
