This is a recipe I came up with when trying to think of something to make for dinner for under 10 bucks.  The best thing about the stew ingredients is that you can make a pot pie from the leftovers!

Great Question Simone! My mate just gave me a really cheap, easy and healthy recipe - (for two) - packet of 2minute Nasi Goreng noodles, can of Coconut oil, can of 3-4 bean mix, Thai Red Curry paste. How cheap is all that? Boil Water and add noodles, add flavour sachets, mix in a spoon or two of Thai Red Curry paste to taste, add the coconut oil - lastly add can of beans. Pour into big soup bowls and ENJOY!

    http://goodlady.hubpages.com/video/Heal … pestosauce

I hope i made it on time.  Had a lot of difficulty uploading my video.  In fact there is a sign to say I have broken links but in fact I don't understand why.
I had written my hub and was working on my video, then i went to upload it but couldn't because it was already on hub Pages video...so I had to start another Hub and transfer the words and pics to the video.
Hoping it will sort itself out.
Anyway, here is my frugal living recipe.
    Hope you enjoy it
(If there is something I can do to put things right with that broken link sign I'd appreciate it).
